Oggi, penultima puntata, vi mostro i biscotti decorati. È la seconda volta
che provo a farli (la prima a Natale ma non ero riuscita a fotografarli)
e devo dire che l'esperienza insegna. Infatti sono venuti più morbidi e anche
le decorazioni sono migliori. Sono ancora molto lontana dai risultati sperati,
ma non mi arrendo.
L'ingrediente principale è la pazienza. Purtroppo per fare questo tipo
di decorazioni ci vuole molto tempo (soprattutto per chi, come me, non è pratico)
perché tra un colore e l'altro devono passare diverse ore di asciugatura. E poi
bisogna resistere e non mangiarli, avendoli per almeno 48 ore sotto gli occhi!
Sarebbe stato tutto più semplice se avessi scelto di fare un solo tipo di decoro
ma chi mi conosce sa che amo complicarmi la vita con queste piccole sfide creative.
Vi aspetto tra qualche giorno con l'ultimo post dedicato alle decorazioni
per le torte...

Today, the penultimate episode, I show you decorated cookies. It's the second time
that I try to made them (the fist time was last Christmas but I didn't take pictures)
and I have to say that experience teaches. Indeed they came softer and decorations
are better than the other time. I'm still very far from expected results,
but I don't give up. The main ingredient is the patience. Unfortunatly to make
this kind of decorations it takes a lot of time (especially for those who, like me,
are not practical) because between one color and another must pass
several hours of drying. And then it's hard to resist and not eat them.
It would have been easier if I had chosen to make only one type of decoration
but who knows me knows that I love to complicate my life with these
small creative challenges.
